Legalization Services

LEGALIZATION OF DOCUMENTS TO BE USED IN TAJIKISTAN:
Submission of documents for legalization must require the following conditions:
- To be translated to Tajik or Russian languages;
- To be confirmed by local Notary;
- To be legalized by origin country’s Ministry of Foreign Affaires or other official body;
- In case of copy legalization, the Notary confirmed copy is needed;

Rules of legalization’s processing:
- Legalization of documents (per each document) – 20, 00 €;
- Consideration of documents submitted for legalization takes 2 working days, from submission’s date. In exceptional
cases the consideration term can be extended till 10 working days;
- Express consideration of documents for legalization takes from 24 hours and costs double price;
- The amount will not be returned to applicant, if this document or information about him has not revealed or
applicant refused from legalization of documents.

To obtain Tajik visa you need to have these documents:

1. Valid passport

2. Fully filled with capital letters (readable) and signed Visa Application Form with a photo on each
3. Visa Request letter*
4. Copy of the passport (the page with photo and data ONLY).

*Tourist visa:

· A request letter written by the applicant or his/her office indicating;

1. the purpose of the visit
2. date of the visit
3. duration of the visit
4. what part of the country he or she wants to visit
5. where he or she will stay in Tajikistan

*Business visa:

· A request letter must be written by the company which is sending him or her, and also indicating;

· the purpose of the visit

· data of the visit

· duration of the stay

· what part of the country he or she wants to visit

· where he or she will stay in Tajikistan

· the details of receiving company in Tajikistan

· type of business

After preparing the above mentioned documents you can visit Embassy (or send by mail your documents, in this case you will be charged extra 10 Euro to pay for return post or arrange “pick up” service with your parcel company.) You have to put an envelope with a precise return address. Embassy IS NOT responsible for any damage or lost of content of envelope that could be occur in course of return post-delivery.

With Visa support letter from Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan (Touristic Visa) – 25 EURO

The visa for longer period will be issued only in the MFA, in Dushanbe. In order to visit Pamir Region (Gorno Badakhshan) you MUST HAVE PERMISSION, which you may obtain also in our Embassy in Brussels. The cost for GBAO permit is 20 EURO.
